The high rate of incompetence of Hall 5 buttry

 I cannot 'categorically' tell you that all the buttries in Uniben are problematic before my ogas at the top will say a different thing as I have not stayed in all Uniben hostels, but what I can say is that the Buttry at hall 5 is terrible, especially the female section. Apart from the fact that they resume late, the high rate of laziness, incompetence and 'I-don't-care' attitude is very annoying. They resume late, close up early and have made keeping of change a norm. One cannot buy something confidently if one isn't with change as there is a 90% chance that your change will be held in definitely. To make matters worse, there is actually nothing worthwhile that is being sold. You are not sure of getting common toilet roll at the buttry! The fact that one I has no choice in this situation is not making things better, as the condition is that of take it or leave it and either borrow what you need, go to the male section where you might be lucky or go many miles to other hostels to purchase what you need. I really do wonder the use of staying in the hostel when simple things like this are not accessible. I hope something can be done about this so students can enjoy maximum comfort.
