Nigerian surgeons successfully operate on a baby born with extra legs

A two month old baby who was born with small extra legs between her normal legs has been successfully operated upon by doctors at the Federal Medical Centre, Yola. 

The girl was born in Konkol community of Maiha Local Government Area of Adamawa, where the residents regarded her as a spirit. 

Professor Awwal Abubakar, who led the team of doctors that performed the surgery disclosed that the procedure lasted for two hours. 

Don't you think our leaders should focus on providing infrastructure for these sort of medical procedure here rather than hopping abroad at the very minutest surgery operation?
