VIDEO : hall 4 boys protest hostel accommodation allocation process

So today, a mini hold up was caused by male students on their way from hall 4 to student affairs. The angry students were protesting the faulty accommodation allocation process and calling for the removal of dean of student affairs. After they had been forcefully chased from their temporary allocation at hall and told by the dean of students to go and die, the male students were forced to hustle for accommodation at student affairs. Unfortunately for most of them, it became a trial and error process as many people were allocated the same space. It became a situation of first come first serve i.e he who came to clear first got the space while the other students who were given the same space were left at a loss even after paying N8000 for the already cleared space. The protest today has not made any considerable difference as the process is still ongoing. Boys were then forced to sneak into the hostels to find uncleared spaces which they plan to clear in the morning. The porters are in search for such students. The video above was what I managed to capture during the protests admists threats from the angry students.

  1. First of, the destination point was the V.C's office not the Students' Affairs.
It wasn't a mini hold up, girl. Motorist at the auditorium junction can testify to that.

Lastly, you were damn lucky your "sent from my Blackberry 10 smartphone" wasn't smashed(that video quality poor sha, LOL!).
