300lvl Optometry female team win the HOD cup, 400lvl male team beat 500lvl

400L OPT students won the HOD cup in a grand style after thrashing their opponent 5: 2.

The venue of the game which was at sport complex became calm after a goal came from 400l team by one of their star player Shaka and two goals from Hakeem, Israel and Ohioma. Their opponent were not left out in the scoring spring as they scored two fantastic free kicks with the goal keeper left hanging..

The girls were not also left out as they had a feel of their game with 300l OPT student winning their senior colleague in 500l with two unreplied goals.. A goal from Anita(300l) and another from Rapture(300l) sealed the game. This will be the first time that a female competition will be played. The 300lvl students had played 3 games winning two and drawing one, with the 4th game being a walk over. Big congrats to the team.
