The guideline for the collections and retrieval of academic gowns by potential Matriculants is as follows:
Tuesday 10th June, 2014
8.00am - 5.00pm
Collection of gowns by freshers of Agriculture, Arts, Basic Medical Sciences, Medicine And Pharmacy.
Wednesday 11th June, 2014
8.00am - 5.00pm
Collection of gowns by freshers of Law, Dentistry, Physical Sciences, Management Sciences and Education.
Thursday 12th June, 2014
Collection of gowns by freshers of Engineering, Life Sciences and Social Sciences.
Friday 13th June, 2014
7.30 am-9.30am
Friday 13th is scheduled for those that have not collected gowns.
Friday 13th June, 2014 - 12.00noon-5.00pm. Retrieval of gowns
Monday 16th June, 2014 - 8.00am - 5.00pm. Retrieval of gowns
Tuesday 17th June, 2014 - 8.00am - 5.00pm. Retrieval of gowns
NOTE:
ANY STUDENT WHO KEEPS THE GOWN BEYOND 17th JUNE 2014, WHICH IS THE LAST DATE FOR THE RETRIEVAL OF GOWNS, WILL PAY THE FINE OF N500.00 ON DAILY BASIS.
STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO BRING ALONG THEIR ORIGINAL COPY AND TWO PHOTOCOPIES OF THEIR ELIGIBILITY FORM.
VENUE FOR BOTH COLLECTION AND RETRIEVAL OF GOWNS IS AT THE BACK OF THE STUDENTS' CENTRE (BASEMENT)
AFTER 17th JUNE,2014, STUDENTS WHO WANT TO RETURN THEIR GOWNS SHOULD COME TO ROOM 19, VICE CHANCELLOR'S OFFICE, CENTRAL ADMINISTRATION BUILDING.
